Police say on may 1st, yssael lantiguaalecon was at valleys restaurant in lawrence having drinks with the victim. Essex county District Attorney jonathan blon det. Told fox 25, when the victim went to go to the bathroom, yssael lantiguaalecon followed him and shot him three times. It was consider his to be a brazen homicide. The establishment was pretty reporter Police Say Surveillance cameras captured yssael lantiguaalecon following the victim and then running out of the restaurants. Given the fact that weve got a very very good photo identification, were hoping that people will see him. Reporter a lawrence Police Officer who was nearby, spotted an suv speeding away from the restaurant. He was able to write down the license plate number before it drove out of sight. The plate number on the scar that was being driven by the suspect came back to suspects sister. The car was found abandoned a few days later. Police are asking anyone who sees him to stay away and to immediately call him. Blodett says they wont rest until they find him. Thats when we were told he definitely had the genetic mutation and definitely had early onset as himeares disease. Sindys husband had what an early onset alzheimers diseasor efad. A neurologist at brighams hospital, there are three types of genes known to cause this type of alzheimers at a very early age. Usually the range is 45. If you dont have a family history, you shouldnt worry about it. Reporter cindy does worry and wonders about her three children who are now 25, 30, and 31. Children of a parent who have this genetic mutation, have a 5050 chance, that they also will have the same genetic mutation. Reporter so what does the test involve . Its as simple as a blood test or a cheek swab and the results 99. 9 percent accurate. Cindys children have elected not to be tested but they could know after a few tests if they have the general net tick mutation. Its a personal thing. Now the uk government confirming reports the british jet nearly being hit by a missile in egypt back in august. The passenger plane had 189 people on board. The situation only now coming to light as we mark one week since that russian passenger plane crashed in egypt. To point out that the incident involving its plane was not an attack, rather a routine Egyptian Military exercise. Now a different scenario than the one coming out of egypt with the russian plane crash. As weve been reporting all morning, multiple News Agencies this morning, are now saying that there is no doubt, the russian plane was brought down by a bomb located in the planes cargo area. Now, officials are looking at the egyptian airport where it took off to see who might have had access. The vulnerability is out of hundreds of people who have access, if you could extort or turn one or two of those people to act on your behalf extorsion or threats, you can defeat the system. Its not clear who is responsible for the crash that killed 244 people. Isis is taking credit, were expected to learn more about the cause of that crash during a News Conference planned for today, by egyptian aviation officials. In response to the crash, to elegitimacy. We want to get you back to that picture of that suspect. This is the man police are now looking for. This is yssael lantiguaalecon. They believe that he is now bah, in the greater lawrence area. They also told us he does go by several other names. Police say on may 1st, yssael lantiguaalecon was have been drinks with a friend at this bar in lawrence, valleys restaurant on essex street. What happened next was nothing short of cold blooded murder. He literally followed the victim into the mens room. In which three shots were then fired. And he was seen fleeing with the rest of the patrons. Reporter surveillance cameras captured the moments before and after the murder. And a lawrence Police Officer was able to write down the license plate number of the suv that yssael lantiguaalecon allegedly drove away in. Police say they were able to track that suv back to his sister. By that time, he already left the area. Again, though, they do believe hes back in the greater lawrence area. They are asking anyone who sees him not to approach him because he is considered armed and dangerous. Instead they say immediately call police. As the Investigation Continues now. No word on the name of that victim at this point. Police investigating a Sexual Assault of a young girl. Happened 9 oclock on gavin way yesterday morning. That girl told them a hispanic behind. The man then apologized and walked off. Call police if you know anything about that incident. New this morning, a brighton man in custody on murder charges. Accused of killing a man, shooting him. It happened in teleford street in brighton. Arrested yesterday after tips to Law Enforcement officer. He will be arraigned on monday. Worcester police have a man in custody after a body of a woman who was found in a burning car early they are week. Thomas hogan is charged with witness tampering. He is is accused of Misleading Police about his relationship with woman who was found. Reporter melissa always tried to protect her older brother, dougy bent, he is severely disabled and he cant speak but his family always tried to give him a voice. Until last month, he fell out of st. Nashua. They performed a shoulder and fractures. Medication. And thats it. Reporter as you can see in sit up. At a second visit, four days later, records show staff gave duggy another shoulder and chest xray and still found nothing wrong else did spited pain. A week later, dougy came back to the e. R. For a third time, where his family claims doctors blamed them. Put him in a nursing home, because you people getting older now, he says and stuff, maybe you cant care for him. Reporter but then on a third xray, staff noticed duggy had two breaks in his neck, a third in his spine. Dougy suffered through three e. R. Visits over 15 days with a broken neck. They just dropped the ball with him and they didnt want to deal with him. He wasnt a priority, he couldnt speak, he couldnt complain, so he got left over care, is what i consider it. Reporter in a statement, a hospital spokeswoman said it would be premature to comment on the details of this patients care until a full review has been completed. And this morning theyre asking anyone who sees him to immediately call police. This is the man Massachusetts State Police are now looking for. Yssael lantiguaalecon. Police say on may 1st, yssael lantiguaalecon was at valleys restaurant in lawrence having drinks with the victim. District attorney told fox 25 when the victim went to go to the bathroom. Yssael lantiguaalecon followed times. It was considered to be a very brazen homicide. Again, the establishment was reporter Police Say Surveillance cameras captured the victim. Given the fact we have a very very good photo identification, were hoping that people will see him. Reporter a lawrence Police Officer who was nearby spotted restaurants. He was able to write down the license plate number before it drove out of sight. The plate number on the car being driven by the suspect came back to the suspects sister. And the car was found abandoned a few days later. Reporter now Police Believe yssael lantiguaalecon is back in the greater lawrence area. They say he does have a number of other aliases. Police are asking anyone who sees him to stay away. And to immediately call them. He says, they wont rest until they find him. Anyone who commits a cold blooded murder, were going to get him. The man then apologized and walked off. A gym instructor accused of Sexual Assaulting a child where he works. This morning, hes on unpaid leave for the disstucks allegation. It allegedly happened three weeks ago at usa ninja challenge in hookset New Hampshire. He turned himself into the police. The owner of that gym is in total shock this morning. He says beat okay and all of his instructors have been undergone background checks and safety protocols with children. A student was attempting to make a move on the Rock Climbing Wall. And the instruct tore reached out to assist because he thought she was falling. Beaton was released on 4,000 dollars bail and due in court later this month. Now arrested two Police Officers accused of killing a 6yearold boy. They will face murder and attempted murder charges. The officers say they shot 6yearold Jeremy Mardis after his father led them on a car chase tuesday night. They claim they were trying to serve a warrant when the chase started. It ended with the father backing into the officers patrol car when he got cornered on a dead end street. Thats when the officers fired, killing that boy and injuring the father. Investigators say the father was not armed and they have not found any warrant against him. Two small children allegedly found alone in a worcester apartment, one of them as yupping as six months old. Street. Police were first alerted yesterday after neighbors called them to report they heard crying coming from that apartment. Well, firefighters ended up having to break down the door. Neighbors who asked that we not show their faces tell us theyre shock his and say they thought the childrens mother was a good parent. She was a working mother. Jury selection is back underway in the trial of that danvers teenager accused of killing his math teacher. The process had been hold for several weeks as lawyers for 16 year old Phillip Chism voiced concerns over his competency to stand trial. He underwent a second Mental Health evaluation and now deemed competent to stand trial. He is charged with raping and killing teacher Colleen Ritzer in 2013. Once the jury is chosen, the trial could start as early as next week now. Surveillance video captured the moments before and after the murder. He also said a lawrence Police Officer was able to write down the license plate of the suv yssael lantiguaalecon allegedly drove away in. Police say they actually tracked that suv to his sr. But by that time, he had already left the area. And, again, police do believe area. They say you need to consider him armed and dangerous, if you immediately call police. A man accused of raping four women around boston is being held this morning without bail. Raping four women in south afternoon between 2006 and 2010. Dna matched done to the rape. Hes already arrested for assaulting a woman in cambridge. That attack happened when he was working as an uber driver. In New Hampshire, an uber driver there is accused of illegal wire tapping, making an audio recording of a run in he had with taxi drivers outside of port smith. He posted the video online. But he argues hes the victim of aggressive taxicab companies trying to force uber out of the city. Its important to see people go to such lengths being denied the option to take that. That evidence taken from an suv that hernandez was believed to be driving the night two men were killed in boston. Fox 25 has just confirmed that a Curry College student is suspended after Campus Police found a gun and ammunition in that students dorm room. This happened yesterday while the school was investigating reports of thefts. Its not clear if the student was a suspect in the theft or not. But sent fox 25 about this issue about this. There is no threat to the College Community and the students behavior will not be tolerated. Fox 25 will learn the students name and why the gun is in the dorm room in the first place. Reporter its been more than six months since police say that suspect fled the area. But now they believe he has returned. This morning, theyre asking anyone who has seen him to call them immediately. This is the man massachusetts for. Yssael lantiguaalecon. Police say on may 1st, yssael lantiguaalecon was at valleys restaurant in lawrence having essex county District Attorney jonathan blon debt told fox 25 bathroom. Yssael lantiguaalecon followed him and shot him three times. It was considered to be a very brazen homicide. The establishment was very busy that night. Surveillance cameras captured yssael lantiguaalecon following the victim and then fleeing out of the restaurant. G given we have a very very good photo identification. Were hoping people will see him. Reporter a Police Officer nearby spotted the suv speeding away from the restaurant. He was able to write down the license plate number before it drove out of sight. The plate number on the car that was being kriven by the suspect came back to the suspects sister. The car was found abandoned a few days later. Reporter now Police Believe yssael lantiguaalecon is back in the greater lawrence area. They say he does have a number of other ailiases. Police have asking anyone who sees him to stay away and to call them. Anybody who commit as cold blooded murder, were going to get him. Reporter police say, again, if you see him be do not approach him. They are considering him to be armed and dangerous, instead immediately call police. Also there in boston, police are investigating a Sexual Assault of a young girl. 9 oclock yesterday morning on gavin way. The young girl told police a hispanic male grabbed her from behind, that man then apologized and walked off. A gym instructor accused of Sexual Assaulting a child where that man works. It allegedly happened three weeks ago at the u. S. A neighbor gentleman challenge in hookset New Hampshire. The owner that have gym in total shock. He says beaton and all of his instructors under went background checks and safety protocols how to deal with children. A student was attempting to make a move on the Rock Climbing Wall. And instructor reached out to assist because he thought she was falling. Beaton was released 4,000 bail. Hes due back in court later this month. Arrested two Police Officers accused of killing a 6yearold boy. The two officers will face murder and attempted murder charges the officer say they shot 6yearold Jeremy Mardis after his father led them on a car chase tuesday night. They claim they were following for a warrant. The officers fired, killing that child, injuring the father. Not armed and they have not found any warrant against him. Two small children allegedly found alone in a worcester apartment. One of them as young as six months old. This happened at 272 pleasant street. She was a working mother and i see her put her kids to go to school every morning and then see her catching a bus to go to work. Right now its not clear how long those children might have been left alone for. They were reportedly left in good health but filthy now in state custody. A family fighting for answers after a bump on the head turned one womans cruise vacation into a nightmare. They learned 24yearold was in a coma when we first met them. There was still points where we could see his person mat. Reporter Cindy Vincent take as deep breath as she talks about her late husband bruce. He was basically a shell of what he was near the end. Its very sad to see somebody so young just lose them. Reporter this is Bruce Vincent in family pictures with his wife and their three children. Bruce died january 19th, 2014 after a six year battle with alzheimers disease. He was 51. He started showing signs probably in his late 30s. Reporter cindy says, thinking back, she watched the signs slowly progress. Its very awful to watch. He was finally tested at age 46. And that was when we were told that he definitely had the genetic mutation. And definitely had early onset onset alzheimers disease. Cindys husband has what is an early onset, efad. Dr. Ron stead is a neurologist at Brigham Womens hospital. He says there are three type of genes to cause this type of always himers at a very early age. If you dont have a family history, you shouldnt worry about it. Cindy does worry and worries about her children, who are now 25, 30, and 31. Children of a parent who has this genetic mutation have a 50 50 chance that they also will have the same genetic mutation. Reporter what does the test to detect the gene involve . Or a cheek swab and the results 99 percent accurate. Cindys children have opted not to have the test. Had the testing. Its a personal thing. Knowing your predicted life span, being tested and knowing whats ahead of you in your future is a very personal thing. Reporter cindy says for her childrensation, she hopes some day theres a cure. In fact, goodbye to the 70s. But still going to remain mild and breezy. But do have cooler weather headed our way through the weekend. Right now 59. Look at the city. A lot of clouds out there. Wouldnt be surprised to see a few breaks of sunshine through air is dry. Wind picking out of the west. So going to be breezy out there. Winds averaging 10 to 20 miles per hours. This surely has increased since the last couple of hours. Expecting to see wind gusts up ward of 25 miles per hours too throughout the day. But it is mild from boston to 50s and 60s.
