Video reveals simone surrendering to police, hands hand knees on the ground, but before he could be cuffed, former New Hampshire state trooper andrew monaco begins beating simone. In court, simone pleaded guilty to three counts of simple assault, a move that spares him jailtime, but he has agreed to give up his and pay simones medical bills.
