The Swampscott School superintendent told fox 25 wednesday, she accepted the resignation of edward rosemarek from Swampscott High School. The superintendent recently learned of conduct she deemed inappropriate through high School Computers and went on to say, none of the allies to this point ever involved any swampscott students or any other swampscott School District employees or officials. It was expected from the rumors going on, but i mean, if thats probably the best thing that happened, i guess. Its just upsetting when its hard enough raising teenagers today and you want them to have good role models, so its upsetting that the principal obviously wasnt. Very disappointed. Disheartening to hear. Earlier this week that rosemarek was on paid leave. State police and Beverly Police visited his home this week but would not confirm any vision. I dont know whats going on, but the things i heard, theyre just awful. Hopefully it wasnt anything too scary. Kera sued the owners of the garage and the former radisson the same man that raped her, also raped another woman in the same garage 12 days earlier, but the garage failed to notify customers about what happened. In august after an 18day trial, jurors ruled the parking garage was negligent and awarded kera 4 million, plus interest, total 6. 6 million for her emotional and psychological injuries. This affects everything, every single one of her brain functions. Attorneys for the garage ownership, jpa, harleydavidson for a reduction of the a argued for a reduction of the award, saying the jurors were tainted.
