She and her 26yearold boyfriend, john davis, are facing charges for taking part in a disturbing brawl outside Brockton High School tuesday morning. Brockton police say montero and davis were walking with monteros 15yearold daughter near brockton high at lunch break, when the daughter got involved if a fight with another 15yearold student. Parent told police a parent was out of control near the gym. When Police Arrived the two teenage girls and Maria Montero were fully involved in the night. One Police Officer said at one point, montero slammed the head of the girl fighting with her daughter right into the concrete. An officer tried to separate montero from the other student, and heard a clicking sound and saw that monteros 15yearold daughter was using a taser gun. Police say the frowned, john davis, then boyfriend, john davis, tried to pull the Police Officer off montero. Montero and davis were both arrested and so was monteros 15yearold daughter on charges of bringing the taser gun to school property.
