When we get to a situation of spinning reds, we get this. It is going away from the radar site. The green is coming back out at you yo. When you have that lined up next to eacho especially the bright area, right in here, right next to concord, over fact, thats where you have spinning motion. I can flip this, and show you a 3 dimensional view. And what you will find here is that the red and green are going from the cloud all the way down to the ground. That is, in fact, a tornado.
