There are questions that need to be answered as far as, you know, the circumstances of the incident. Reporter rita hopes the money and renewed interest into what happened to her brother will spark someones memory. Normans childhood friend and current chief of the Bridgewater Police hopes for the same. Maybe its someone who realize that they may have something that they wouldnt normally find but bearing on the investigation and trying to determine what actually happened to norman. Reporter norman and his wife were have a caging in the Cayman Islands while new yorking back in march of 2015. Local police say the couple somehow got separate the some 250 yards offshore.
