Police say Michael Mccollum got out of his car and pulled claims the other driver punched the sign first and driving the plow without a license and mccollum is being held until a hearing on thursday. Missing new years day in 2014 have been found in upton. The family of James Robinson tells fox 25 police the remains of their loved one was found in a wooded area off mendez street. Robertson was taken away by two men that day and never seen again. Several people have been arrested in connection with the disappearance including an mta police officer.
