It was after 1 30 that ashby police found the body of a man close to the front stairs of his own home along with the body of a woman known to him. They were a nice, nice couple. They got back together then somebody said that she had moved out again. Just like everybody does. Reporter indeed, town records obtained by fox 25 indicate they bought the house in six acre rural frot in 2000 property in 2000. They would call out of the blue and call and chitchat and that was it. Then we didnt hear from them for a while. Then we would hear from them again. Reporter neighbors say the man was a veteran and the woman had a big heart. She was very nice and Home Healthcare kids. Breaking tonight Rockport Police say this is a man who attacked a woman with disabilities and tried to take her clothes off. Perez castro was arrested after offices matched him with Surveillance Video picked up near pools lane. Police tell fox 25 the 22yearold from gloucester attacked a woman from behind on wednesday night then tried taking her clothes off. He wasnt able to and fled on a bicycle. One resident saw the victim after she was attacked and called police. Screaming and then i said that didnt sound normal went outside and found the woman a blonde woman in her mid50s walking up the street. The judge who gave a stanford student six months in jail for rape will no longer hear criminal cases. The judge has asked to leave be assigned to the civil division. The move comes as he faces tough criticism for his decision in the brock turner case.
