Daniel you mentioned it is not going by the rules. Shiri a tricky storm because it exploded into this powerful beast out there. Some things that were a little uncertain and some things that we are not. One thing we are certain about is just the huge impact that the storm is going to have on 175 miles. The center the storm is 175 miles from jamaica and has 130mileperhour winds. A cat 4 here. We are going to see tropical stormforce winds arrive in jamaica and haiti arrive. Tonight is when they get the hurricaneforce winds and the really bad stuff. The same for cuba and southeastern bahamas for the day. The track is expected to stay with the beast. A major hurricane from the next couple of days as it moves into the bahamas. Central bahamas. And tracks toward the carolinas by the end of the week but thats when the track becomes very uncertain. The storm has not performed very well with our forecasting tools and our forecasting models. Keep in mind this cone represents anywhere the center of the storm could track. Could track closer to florida. A little further out to sea. A lot that we can watch with this storm and for personal have in new england, a lot you need to watch as next week. Unfortunately we will be measuring the rain not in inches but feet for areas like jamaica, haiti, bahamas. Cuba taking on most of the rain without the 40 inches expected. Mudslides will be lifethreatening. Flooding lifethreatening. Storm surge is what oftentimes in these kind of tropical tropical storms or hurricanes causes the most destruction. And unfortunately the greatest loss of life. So that is another thing to keep in mind. Now here, we will be watching perhaps over the weekend or next week. Remember i said our forecasting tools not grasping it very well. They are all kind of giving us different solutions.
