Developing this morning, police are revealing very few clues about a large crime scene under investigation. Sara we brought this to you as breaking news at 10. Detectives spent hours following breaking news and source tell us that a teenaged girl was found at the live along route 18 in weymouth with a call for help that that girl made, jess . She was able to call 911 herself and police found her in this little patch of trees that you found here. It was right between route 18 and route 3 in weymouth, and this morning, it is still not clear exactly how she ended up here but a source did tell us that police found her tied with duct tape and partially closed. This was the scene here just this first came in as a report of an injured person in the woods. Once police found that girl, they were out here for several more hours after that continuing to look for evidence. Our crews were here as they used black lights in some spots to gather evidence. The victim did not call 911 herself while in the woods and police were able to find her using sirens an keeping her on the phone. We have some radio calls from police right as they found her in the woods. Take a listen. On the phone is give help me in a very faint voice. I am going to set high i am going to put on the sirens to see if you can hear in the back youndz. Where you are is where i initially sounded my sirens and you can hear it as background. And police did find that teenaged girl moments after that radio call that you just heard. When that was happening, Police Confirmed they were called to another scene at Columbia Square also here in here. Not clear what police were doing here, but it is possible it is related to the investigation here between route 18 and route 3. Because this investigation is still very fresh, it is less than 12 hours old at this point. She survived a week in a life raft and her mother was lost at sea, and now a young saying he had nothing to do with miss mothers appearance. He does not appear to be home right now after spending more than a week lost at sea. The 22yearold told the Associated Press that his boat sank. He grabbed his Survival Gear and looked back and his mom was gone. He thought the boat was seaworthy saying he didnt know how this it was prevented and he is trying to come to terms with the fact that my mom really is gone. A volunteer fire fighter was one the first one to get to the scene and took down the shooter just one minute before the shooting took place the teen called his grandparents sobbing. She got a phone call from her grandson about 1 44. And he was crying and upset. And they couldnt understand what was going on. So they went to his home which they live just 100 yards away to see what was because they couldnt understand why he was crying on the phone and they couldnt make sense of it. And they go into the house, and they find their son has been shot. And their grandson is not there. The 6yearold boy shot in the leg remains hospitalized this morning and was last listed in critical condition. We now know that the man shot and killed by police in a san diego suburb was solding a vape smoking device in his hands when he confronted the two officers. Source tells fox25 that the victim was half naked and our cameras spotted Fire Fighters near the route 3 overpass last night. Somehow the victim was able to reach a cell phone and call for help. This morning a multistate Investigation Continues on a 22yearold adult man. Nathan carman said he didnt do anything that put his mom in harms way. He went on a fishing trip and his 30foot boat started to sink and his mother was done and raft until a freighter found him. Police are looking at his Internet Activity and possible repairs he made to his boat. Carman was a suspect in his grandfathers murder in 2013. This video causing controversy at a local high school that shows a Confederate Flag hanging out a car window on the campus of newton north high school. The school has called the incident deeply concerning. Catherine, police are now a student on tuesday night and since then, it has gotten dozens of comments. This was shot just after 9 00 weymouth and state police were here for several hours, both searching for clues and trying to keep this all together teenaged girl using her sirens and keeping her off the phone. They are not saying a whole lot about the victim itself and how she ended up here. They are working to bring us more on that as soon as we possibly can. Linda and Nathan Carman went out on what was supposed to be an overnight fishing trip, and a freighter found nathan alone in a life raft this past sunday. The 22yearold nathan told the Associated Press by phone his boat sank in a matter of murns and he told the boston ob sea worthy insisting he didnt know how this could have been prevented and nathan has not been charged with any crimes.
