He and his girlfriend were stopped last night for driving without head lights. Troopers removed him from the car because they smelled marijuana and he ran back inside and tried to turn off the vehicle, the trooper did, through the passenger side window but was dragged before falling the trooper suffered injuries. How two people died in connection with a mobile home fire. It happened in the mobile home park.
