The Us Supreme Court ruled the states Current System is unconstitutional because it gives judges too much power in opposing death sentences. To reject the proposal would have required all 12 jurors to agree on the death sentence. Last month the house passed a bill that requires 10 out of 12 members of the jury to agree on execution. House lawmakers just approved a bill that would legally protect churches and pastors who refuse to perform marriage ceremonies against their beliefs. For the first time publicly the incident picks up from a cell phone camera as bystanders taught the officers as he attempts to make an arrest. As the video continues, johnson can be seen swinging at the officer at least six times. Connecting a blow on several of those swings, blighting the wilson at one point holds Johnson Johnson by sarah you can see the suspects face badly injured as well. At one point another man rushes in the camera frame and then back out. Later, was in holds johnson by his throat as he battles for control and johnson keeps swinging. It takes several minutes in two officers to finally get johnson into custody.
