The Salvation Army told us only about 10 of them got on that bus. They told us earlier today that they just wont go. The people here say they want real solutions, not just a 90day fix. Volusia county and the stay of Daytona Beach, all of the leaders are trying to fix the issue, but nobody seems to have finger pointing. In the meantime, the property appraiser has closed the office and now the county is in the process of closing the entire building. This all after one woman said she was a costed by the homeless on her way into the office. Today, people who came here to do business, couldnt believe what has gone on here. Early sunday morning, dispatchers received a 911 call reporting a shooting at this home here on southwest 108th street. They discovered that michael ratliff, had been shot. The neighbor has been identified as ryan investigators say he grabbed his gun and went over to the home. The deputies say once they got there. There was a second altercation that occurred.
