Now, the police chief told us earlier today that the men are working day and night to make arrests in this case. Reporter nearly a week after a deadly gun battle erupted inside the glitz ultra lounge, police and the crime scene unit were back out here tonight. They surrounded the club with yellow tape but would not tell me why they were there investigating. The two men killed in the club were Jonathan Avila rojas and joseph villalobos. Rojas was wanted for seven crimes in puerto rico. Today police chief John Mina Puerto ricos failing economy is bringing drug turf wars here. Anytime theres loss of life, it is a concern to us. Reporter gang expert rusty kebal who worked for years as commander of the gang unit at the Orange County jail told me it should be a concern. An incident like this here at the glitz raises some questions. Obviously we need to look at to determine whether or not this is somewhat of an isolated case or these individuals are or these groups, if it turns out to be that, has somewhat of a foothold here. She denied being involved in an accident despite a 911 caller taking down her license plate and officers finding damage to her vehicle. She did admit she will be drinking but altemonte springs citation for hit and run. So was there alcohol involved . Yes, she will be drinking. However, it wasnt a contributor, according to officer, for this crash. Altemonte springs pd telling us theyre not launching an internal investigation on how its officer handled the call. Thats because its not effective in cooler months. And that means Orange County has one less tool to fight mosquitoes. For whatever reason, these two species only pick artificial containers. About two species in particular, the two species suspected of carrying the zika virus. But right now, theres no test to determine if any of these mosquitoes actually has the virus. And because they only breed in manmade containers, the county is limited in what it can do to help. So difficult to control because its up to everybody to try to see whats in their own yards and neighborhoods and get rid of that standing water. Reporter you can also find mosquitoes breeding in local youngyards. A junkjunkyards. A junkyard owner didnt want to talk on camera but showed how he pokes holes in trunks to get rid of that water. Hes accused of sexually abusing a child in the late 1990s. Police say hes been running ever since and assumed the identity of a dead man. The main suspect in a brinks armored car heist is set to go to trial in may after rejecting a plea deal today. They say Charles Chukes is the man on Surveillance Video grabbing a grab of crash after a brinks officer was trying to load it last october. The bag contained about 160,000. He rejected a deal that would have him spend ten years in prison and pay back the 52,000 still missing tonight. Cocoa city leaders looking into Water Service after one man was billed nearly 1,000 for 90,000 gallons of water he says he didnt use. And there has been a few attacks. One even swooped over our camera right there today. We talked to a woman who said one of the birds landed its talons in her moms head last month. At one point, it almost docked at port canaveral. A federal investigation is going on to find out why they continued in the storm.
