Reporter today Eyewitness News obtained more than 2 pages of evidence in a criminal case involving orlando Security GuardStephen Duxbury. He is accused of killing 27 yearold sasha. Dna evidence linked him to her body. Detectives matched a fingerprint and shoe print found it her apartment at the up someplace apartments where duxbury worked as a guard. Today we spend hours. 2 statements between duxbury and police detectives. Duxbury told investigators he was raped when he was 9. Now the 33yearold said he took his duties as a Security Guard seriously and was given a raise when he thought about quitting because of a long commute from Volusia County to orlando. During a Lie Detector Test duxbury was asked if he went caused her death or knew how she died. He replied no to all the questions. Investigators say they caught him on video with garbage bags similar to what they found in the womans apartment. When they asked him he said he found them in the hallway. Investigators say the Lie Detector Test shows he is lying. We also got our hands on statements from friends of the victim. One person send her a text message asking if she was alive and that he was worried about her the night she was killed. So disturbing. We are preparing for the possibility of more Severe Weather. Tom terry is tracking storms in the panhandle. Part of the state is under a tornado watch right now. Right now storms the west. Tornado watches in effect all the way through the western am. I expect that watch will be tallahassee and perhaps Marion County along the gulf coast by early morning. Future track shows the strongest wind you see the red and orange arrows as the storms approach Marion County by 10 am. We may see storms at 9 00 and the morning depending on the speed. We will have the timing for you at 5 00. Breaking news. I95 northbound a shut down after a dump truck crash into an overpass it happen just after 7 00. Angela jacobs is live. Angela, investigators say the driver made a mistake before the crash. Driver hit the bridge is just behind me. You can see the crane down the road. That is where workers are trying to use it to take down a crumpled highway sign damaged in the collision. It is also where cars have been routed off the interstate for the past 4 hours at exit 260. Fhp tells us it was around 7 15 when the driver dumped a load at a construction site along the interstate but then forgot to lower the bed of the truck before she continued driving in the northbound lane. Fhp says the 52yearold was transferred to the hospital with injuries but they are considered to be nonlife threatening. All southbound lanes are open. Fhp cautions the northbound lanes heading into this overpass and the area around will continue to be shut down until at least 4 am so crews can continue to clear the roadway and inspect the bridge. A sexual predator is behind bars this time accused of raping a 13yearold girl. Investigators say 40yearold Walter Ambrose rape the victim inside a home in longwood. We learned he has sex battery convictions in orange, seminal counties all the way back tonight to 94. Police say he went on the run after threatening the girl and was picked up about 2 hours away. I believe he was in sebastian florida which is not close at all. We are told ambrose i call sexual predators was evaluated before his release in prison and he showed no signs he would reoffend. Orange county is working with the 3 garbage haulers that were hired to get trash collector back on track. We have been telling you that pickups have been missed since the beginning of the year. Haulers are catching up and calls for miss service are dropping. A couple hundred a day. We were up to on the 1st day somewhere around 12,000. So far investigators believe the incident was an accident. And orlando man accused of trying to lure a young girl into his car and exposing himself to her is out of jail. We told you about this at 5 00 tonight. We went back to the neighborhood near meadow woods middle school. People in the neighborhood helped deputies catch the person. Reporter the girl was walking to school at the time and a passerby saw what was going on, grab the phone and started taking pictures of the suspect of his car and his tag. Authorities tracked down marine terry not far from meadow woods middle school. A child walking to school said a man in a gray car pulled up and asked her to come in his car. The child said no thank you and she told detectives the man was exposing himself and his face look like he was on something. The school immediately put out a warning to parents. He was unsuccessful and the student reported the incident immediately. Reporter terry denied to detectives that he did any of it but the story did not match what witnesses and the child said. But pictures taken by a driver in the area detectives said proved he was not telling the truth. Tonight we went to his home and rang the doorbell to get his side of the story but no one answered. We also did a background check on him through fdle and this incident is the only thing that turned up. The parents we talked to earlier today told us the whole thing is creepy. It is scary. Today county leaders voted to reopen manatee island park across the street which was closed by the city. One councilman says Marijuana Possession cases are clogging the courts. Today council conducted staff to draft a proposal with a 100 fine. We spoke to one man who was arrested last week for 4 g of pot. It will say the county money and it will help people or law important things. Once the proposed ordinance is drafted there has to be public hearings. Orange county doctors at a Florida Hospital say it is okay tested positive for the bacteria that causes legionnaires disease. The water tested positive for legionella bacteria only weeks after a patient tested positive. The control officer told us they were from different strains and no sign anyone got our data and our surveillance has shown us so far that we have not seen confirmed cases of possible acquired legionella in our patients. The bacteria can cause pneumonia and anyone with a weekend immune system is that risk. A handful of people are expressing their frustration with the city council. We will keep a close eye on that. I think the most dynamics for this system will be north and the highest risk for possible port tornado. But like with all storms we watch them as they approached the golf to see what kind of rotation may have. If they are furnished to the north the storm moved all the way across the peninsula. We will keep close tabs on this. I the way Stormy Weather on the way. Here is future track. The timing may be a little slow. I have been looking at several models, some are sooner or later but i would plan on whether, i would plan on this being between 9 and 10 am for Marion County. I think the timing is a little slow. For the i4 corridor around 10 and noon, 1 00. This will move through quickly and a slight chance for Severe Weather tomorrow. Certainly lots of weather will move through quickly. Late afternoon this will blow through. For tomorrow we have a slight risk for tornadoes. I will favor the northwestern although the threat is low overall. You will see the highest risk. 40 Miles Per Hour winds. This will move through fast. A quick halfinch of rain up to an inch and some lightning. Temperatures tonight are steadily warmer, warming back up to around 70, 72 tomorrow. We could see a few mid70s depending on how late the storms arrive. You see all that rain moving in tomorrow. It will sweep all the way through and i think by 3 00, 4 00 it will be done. Cold front hot on its heels and it will get windy and much cooler on saturday.
