There it is speeding up a western washington not as bad as western oregon but San Francisco a number of fligts cancelled with winds to 40 miles an hour. Reporter Police Officers and firefighters rushing to help the injured. The pickup driver surviving the crash with serious injuries and charged with four counts of vehicular homicide and dui.
