Peta tells us conditions at the center are nearly as bad as they are on the road and florida voices for animals had serious concerns about how the elephants will be used for breeding and research. Some say fazing them out is a step in the right direction but its not happening soon enough. That front will pull through starting off in the 40s. So make sure you find out where those jackets and sweaters are. You can can see the change here and well call it chilly to start off.
