She says that she met this man out of state at a dog sporting town, and she allowed him to use her facility, but she just wanted to clear things up and say that she doesnt agree with that video. The video is less than a minute. Someone nextdoor captured this moment of a man with his dog. The dog goes into some sort of roll. Reporter Pinellas ParkPolice Detectives started getting yesterday. Even them looking at it, there was some belief that it might have been a little extreme or over the top. Reporter detectives talked to the man who was in town briefly. They told us hes doing training, an extremely physical and competitive dog sport. The part that was concerning to us was the jerking motion being made by the trainer, or hammer of the dog. Reporter the incident happened in the back of this business. That video is no reporter she said no one on her staff witnessed it. She said she would have stopped it.
