Miamidade said they were involved in a noncontact police shooting. A woman and her husband Michael Guzman were having dinner with family members outside a restaurant when the argument began. Guzman pulled his wife by the arm to try to remove her from a table and push her in the car and began to drive away. Officers in the area tried to stop guzman but he drove right up to them according to police forcing an officer to fire. Guzman was later taken into custody and sent to the hospital for chest pains.
