Investigators are trying to figure out was it legal for the owner to even keep the animals in the building. News channel 8s ryan hughes is live at the scene of the fire this morning. We checked and no word if the owner will face charges for keeping the animals inside the warehouse. The fire poured through the building as you can see from eagle 8 hd. It took 60 firefighters to get the fire under control. They found dozens of animals dead inside, birds, cats, dogs and a monkey named ringo. The owner said he ran a rescue called tipped cat. No word if its okay to store so many animals inside a building like this. I did have some animals here to give them personal care. Outside. We saw them every day. Everything was great.
