There was little detail in it, and we saw leaks all across the day, and basically by the end of the day we learned that what you saw in the package, the e mails were found on a computer belonging to huma abedin and her separated husband, Anthony Weiner. The investigation is looking into the emails because they have to be embedded through the state department to see if the original investigation was dealing with classified information that was on clintons private server. Private server, they were simply on or connected to huma abedin at this point, and beginning, very susceptible. Reporter theres a policy about releasing information when it has to do with an election tell me about that. The department of justice started to do this in 2008 before the elections. Theres a 60day policy where they do not want any investigations being initiated primary election or general election to give an advantage to one side or the other. Law enforcement officers and prosecutors may never select the time, and youre skipping down to the end to give an advantage or disadvantage to any candidate or political party. Why did the director come out with this information at this time . We dont know why he had an obligation. Was he politically motivated . In july he was very critical injected a lot of his own personal opinion into whether normal times the prosecutor would say its over with, we are closing it out. He got personal with it, and hes bringing it up. Its very odd he would release this at this time, and it remains to be seen what the motivation was. Both sides, republicans and democrats are calling for more information. With with such Little Information, theres only little speculation at this point. What are the release information . If it goes through the normal vetting process, the original investigation went on for a july. There will probably be leaks coming out from other investigators tied to the investigation, but i dont think you will see anything more from him unless he goes before congress. Thats not realistic at this point because the information if its thousands and thousands of emails they have to be vetted and screened by the state department and any other agencies connected to the e appreciate it.
