Federal officials claimed the explosion chelsie was not the work of international terrorists, nor connected to a pipe bombing in new jersey. Now this morning, the fbi is linking the two as well as the finding of five more explosive devices on a train bridge. This happens in new jersey. Diane gallagher breaks it down. New york place monday theyre looking for Ahmad Khan Rahami in connection with a weekend bombing in new york. Police detonated one of numerous devices near a train bridge. Law enforcement Officials Say they fear a terror cell could be at work in that state and new york. Fbi search activity followed the incident in elizabeth. The mayor had this to say. I dont think any mayor prepares for this or wants this to happen. The new jersey incident was about 40 minutes from where a neighborhood injured dozens and another device was found blocks away. Earlier saturday in seaside park, new jersey, one of three devices detonated in a garbage can. No one was injured. Authorities belief the blast was expected to disrupt the marine corps charity run. The blast came on the same day a man stabbed nine people in a minnesota mall. The attacker was shot dead. Isis claimed the man was what it called a soldier of the islamic state, there there was no immediate evidence he had had contact with the terror group. It was an injunction to kill the infidel wherever you find him, take a rock, smash his head in, get in a car, drive over him, stab him. The schools are in jeopardy of shutting down if their grades dont improve. Several community and Business Partners have reached out to the district to say theyre committed to saving these schools. No matter what, no matter where we go, these schools will not close. Polk County School board leaders plan to present an updated plan to the state board of education by october. All right.
