He then walked to this bus stop where family and friends are gathered for this vigil, around he planned to head home. Thats when Police Say Two men jumped out of a car and jumped him. He was a father of two. His family described him as a and they told us he had turned his life around. Tonight family and friends gathered back at the bus stop, leaving balloons, notes, and flowers behind, a much different plan than the gathering they had planned this weekend to celebrate dontez. He died of severed head trauma. Now his mom is overwhelmed with pain. Its unbearable. I dont understand it. They robbed us. Take what you take, but leave my child alone. They killed him. A Canton Police officer is on an emotional journey tonight to find a new partner. Officer ryan davis traveled to texas to visit houstons canine academy. The organization is donating a police dog to officer davis after his canine partner jethro was killed in the line of duty earlier this month. Officer davis is expected to bring his new partner home next week, then the two will begin training at cantons canine academy. Still ahead, water worries. A local communitys Drinking Water contaminated with lead. What environmental officials think is to blame. Plunging gas prices.
