However, watching it back in slow motion, it appears the officers hand was opened and it happened after she assaulted an officer which is a felony offense here in ohio. The cleveland to Police Department are investigating the entire incident. Detroit in west 80th street. The officer who hit rodriguez is not a Cleveland Police officer. The 21yearold was charged with assault on an officer and we have reached out to the woman who posted the original video to facebook. We are waiting to hear back from here.
