Matt according to police records, she failed several sobriety test. She was two times over the legal limit. After being read her miranda rights, she told officers she should not have been driving. She admitted to consuming three beers. She came out of the truck, and she was stumbling. Matt she was driving around 40 miles per hour. The dude came flying. He landed by this truck, right here. Matt she was charged with careless driving, injuring four people, and several counts of property damage. We do not know the current state of the four people that were injured. Deputies spent most of the night interviewing witnesses, after they say someone opened fire on them during an investigation. It happened just after 11 30 last night, at mr.
