The girl is charged with murder under the state s felony murder rule, which allows a murder charge against a person who commits a felony that results in someone s death. A psychologist testified this morning that a suicide pact between the girl and her boyfriend shows evidence that she was incapable of thinking normally. Somebody is dead and somebody got shot.
