Inside, a man was found dead, injured. The woman was rushed to a hospital but died. Twis we have found evidence in the home that makes this suspicious. Matt Osceola County sheriff s deputies were called to the home as well. They say the deaths of the man and woman are suspicious as is the fire. Right now, little is known about the evidence that launched the Sheriff S Office investigation. And it s not clear what led up to the deaths, but deputies are interviewing neighbors who say noise overnight may give a clue. Troopers say dallas drove off as trooper Shuaib Moonda reached into the car through the passengerside window to try to turn off the ignition. Moonda was thrown from the car but is ok. A passenger in the car, christal charges. A man suspected of crashing into the campus of a local college, hitting a Security Guard, then trying to run away, appeared in court on new charges today. Luis Lopez Garduno is now charged with dui manslaughter and negligent homicide after that Security Guard died. In court in Orange County today, he was ordered to stay in jail with no bond. James sensenbaugh was on duty on the campus of Florida College of integrated medicine in orlando when his golf cart was hit by a car troopers say was driven by Lopez Garduno. He died days later in the hospital. And we have new information tonight in the search for killers in a triple murder. Polk county deputies have released the name of a third suspect in the case. An arrest warrant has been issued for 25yearold jamaal smith, whose last known address was in miami. Two other men, also from miami, are already in jail for the murders at the home in lakeland earlier this month. But the search continues for an autistic man from maitland.
