The mother and her husband took the blame for not getting morgan sack care when doctors recommended it. Nobody took her, isn t that correct . The troubled teenager and her boyfriend made a pact, to drive to ohio and commit suicide. Highway patrol lieutenant taylor interrupted the plan last june when he approached the two runaways at a Brevard County he says that the girl told the boy to shoot. She told the sky to try to kill me. Taylor was shot and wounded and filed back and killed the boy. I have to make these of myself that i did that. The law blames the girl even though she did not shoot, she was charged with murder and if prosecuted as an adult, as the state hopes, could face at least 17 years in a doll prison. The judge says that she does not belong there. He believes that she belongs in juvenile detention. Or she will get much more counseling and guidance than an adult. She will be released when she turns 21. Lieutenant taylor disagrees saying that it was an adult crime that deserves a bill punishment. I am disappointed. I do not think that she should the girl has been in jail since last june. She will serve no more than 4. 5 years in juvenile detention. Followed by no more than one similar to probation. We now know their identities 35yearold Maria Sanchez and her 16yearold daughter destiny banuelos.
