Meredith Osceola County investigators are crediting the actions of a witness who helped police find and arrest a transient suspected of robbing and threatening a motel clerk. Bob seconds after she opened the lobby door at the country hearth inn friday night, Osceola County deputies say 34yearold transient Tammy Johnson started demanding money loudly. Investigators say johnson told the clerk she wasn t playing around, and was going to hurt her if she didn t get the cash. According to the clerk she was ranting and raving, looked as though she had a weapon. Even though the clerk did not see one. She was very fearful for her life. S money, deputies say johnson started walking down 192. Deputies say the victims inside the motel told a man checking in what had just happened then he went back out to his own car then pursued the suspect from a , distance in his own vehicle until he saw a Kissimmee Police officer, flagged the officer down who then made the arrest. A sheriff s spokeswoman says they don t encourage witnesses put themselves in danger, though he did do the right thing not confronting her himself. Fortunately in this particular case, it worked out, but it may not always be that way. We don t encourage people to follow individuals who we feel might be violent criminals. Bob johnson was charged with robbery and grand theft and allegedly made statements to officers taking responsibility for what happened at the motel. Anthony belisle says he was talking to his palm bay neighbor, when all of a sudden, two boxers got loose from the neighbor s home through the garage and started mauling him. Belisle and his wife each suffered minor bites to the legs. Brevard county Animal Services is investigating and has ordered the dogs quarantined in the house for 10 days. Gary bullock junior was on work release at the el caribe resort in Daytona Beach. Investigators say he cut off his ankle monitor and was picked up from the hotel by his girlfriend, natasha quigley.
