Police say they have directly linked him to the bombing in new york and new jersey and they learned he made several trips to pakistan and afghanistan. Here in chelsea, people are being allowed to go back home, but this is where the blast went off, a reminder of an explosion Ahmad Khan Rahami is in custody this morning, facing five counts of attempted murder of Police Officers and gun charges.
