Sheriff david clarke ordered the orange fence be put up last month during the unrest sparked by a Deadly Police neighbrhood. County executive chris abele showed up yesterday to have it taken down. In response, the sheriff sent in deputies to replace the fence and enforce a curfew at the park. Abeles office then called for a temporary restraining order against clarke. A judge issued the order last night enforcing normal hours at sherman park without the fence.
