Johnson was brought to the Milwaukee CountyMental Health complexn octobe3rd 2012. Employees he injured himself in a fall and couldnt move from the waist down. Johnson died three days later. An autopsy found he died from a blood clot caused by a broken neck. The lawsuit claims staff failed to help johnson or bring him to the hospital despite his complaints about the injury. 3 brandon continously complained of being paralyzed and asked numerous times to be taken to a hospital for evaluation and care.
