We do want to warn you the video is disturbing. The officer involved activated the camera after the shooting preserving the moments leading up to the fatal shots. Investigators say the officer ordered anderson to put his hands upat first andersons arms are raised down toward the passanger seat, then back up, then down againthats when the officer fired six shots. It happened one minute after the officer initially radioed about the gun. Investigators say the gun in andersons car was a 9 mm, loaded with 16 bullets and one in the chamber. They also say anderson had a blood alcohol level. 114 and marijuana in his system. And was in possession of 12. 41 grams of marijunana.
