Chaos erupted two nights in a row. After a deadly officer involved shooting saturday night. Chief flynn says they made about half a dozen arrests yesterday night. But he says its an improvement compared to the last two nights. This after 23 year old Sylville Smith was shot and killed by an mpd officer while running away with a gun in his hand saturday night. Milwaukee Law Enforcement officials shut down sherman park at 6 last night. Night. Officials say it was an effort to stop the unrest on milwaukees north side. At 10 o clock last night. No one under the age of 18 was allowed on the streets anywhere in the city.
