Critical condition at this hour. The driver fled the scene, but has since been taken into custody. Randy right now, a third person is under arrest, expected in court today in connection with the breakin at the Army Reserve Armory in worcester. Tyrone james of dorchester, is accused of helping to broker the sales of the stolen guns. James walker morales, the former Us Army Reservist accused of stealing the weapons, allegedly brought them to james the day after the robbery. 16 weapons were taken from the armory last month. Emily a new bedford man is due in court today facing animal cruelty charges. Police arrested danny santos over the weekend, after they say they found dead animals on his property.
