Diane prosecutors say the victim allegedly stumbled into the suspect that night and the victim into the concrete floor. 15 yearold Ethan Costello was a student at tewskbury high school. His mother describes him as an outgoing teen with many hopes and dreams, but all of that was shattered on friday night. He always treated his friends with love and respect. He was a nice and caring kid. Its very heartbreaking. Diane prosecutors say costello was at a house party here on boylston street when they say 18yearold Joseph Zagarella bragged to other people about he grabbed him by the throat and slammed him into the ground. Diane the suspects Attorney Says there was a report indicating one of the victims friends saw him being dragged out of a barn in the backyard by three people. Other teens at the party eventually took costello to the hospital but there was a delay. The three people who had been dragging him out of the barn actually started a fight to prevent him from being taken to the hospital. Diane prosecutors say a number of teens were drinking that night at the party incdi traumatic brain injury and was eventually taken to Tufts Medical Center where he died this morning. But the suspects attorney paints a much different picture about what happened that night, saying there was a push but no one was thrown to the ground. Unspeakable tragedy.
