It is going to move deep through the caribbean, but heres the deal. As we take a look at how this will be moving in the next five days, while moving through the caribbean, almost all of them show a move northward. It could be similar in this position five days from now, which means next week, we will have to watch toward the bahamas or florida, or the southeast to have to keep an eye on. The rain we had earlier is now all to the south of us. There could be a little bit of rain over nantucket overnight, but otherwise therein is over. The skies have brightened, especially north and west. I dont expect the clear skies to stay. 69 in boston. The breeze is gentle at six miles per hour. There is cooler air that will start sliding this way overnight, and be south of us by tomorrow morning. Behind it, the wind will come it will bring cool air down, and because it will be off the ocean, it means clouds and missed could occur. Mist could occur. That will establish tomorrow morning. Tomorrow, we will not have a huge temperature jump, because of the breeze off the water. If we check out any additional storminess that develops, it will stay far enough south to keep most of the steady rain away. In addition to pockets of drizzle, there could be some periods get in, but for the most part heavy rain will stay away. Later tonight, not that big of a problem. Then, here come the clouds from the ocean. From northeast to southwest in by tomorrow morning, a few pockets of drizzle. Little bit of rain in the region. For the most part, it is that cloudy, raw, damp field that will get settled in for a few days around here. Even on friday, it is likely to that tries to clear it up for a little while in northern new england, but the chances of that reaching southern new england, probably not great. In the next seven days, cooler air comes in. Basically cloudy, cool, little damp. Once the clouds get in, they will be difficult to remove with the northeast wind being persistent. The other thing that eventually could lead to wet weather at the end of the week or start of the weekend, when the system in the ohio valley finally gets dislodged and has to move through the region around the start of the weekend.
