After he gets off the bus, he starts doing this to the wind shield. You see him charging and kicking the bus, eventually he ran away but he was caught by police a short time later. He has issues. Police are trying to determine whats wrong with this guy because his friends allege he might have a mental disorder. This man was hospitalized by police after they caught him.
