Investigators said they knew almost immediately that heroin contributed to this crash. February 22nd a man was killed, a baby was thrown from the car when it went off the road. The next day fort whitford reiterated what weve heard so many times before there are heroin addicts driving all over the tri state. Unbelievable, unbelievable the accidents that is creating and the havoc and the death and the carnage that this is creating with the heroin, the driving impaired on our highways. And unfortuantely because of where its locatedso close to cincinnati and all of our major interstatesthe newport pavilion has long been a hot spot for heroin addicts.
