The superintendent says the district is buying two security wands. They are hand held metal detectors that will be used at random. The district also plans to hire a Second School resource officer for the remainder of the school year. 14 year old student Austin Hancock is accused of shooting two students and injuring two others when he opened fire at the end of february. Neighbors in one hamilton neighborhood woke up to a car crashing into a home. An 18yearold man shot to death behind the wheel.
