Reporter literally just minutes ago, police informed us, they have four suspects in police custody. Two of those suspects just 15 years old, were turned into police by their own parents. Again, police are still searching for one more suspect, but Community Activists tell us, theyre confident that search will soon be over. Tonight two of the five rape suspects seen in this Surveillance Video are now in police custody. Community activists say parents of the two 15yearold males brownsville. We want those individuals off the street in this crime. You cannot rape a young lady in this community and get away with it. Reporter police say the five young men approached an 18 in osborn play grounds. The victim and her father said one of the men had a gun and ordered the father to leave the park. He ran for help, as the five men allegedly raped his daughter. The traumatized woman told cbs 2, its really, really disturbing to me. These are memories that wont go away. Police say the father did not call 911, and instead, tracked town two Police Officers on patrol. They returned to the scene to find the young woman, but her attackers were gone. It is a Worst Nightmare of a family. In particular, of a father to have his daughter raped. So you multiply that tragedy by five, and then to be on the scene and leave the scene and know that when you return that your child was a victim of a rape. This is horrific. Reporter Community Leaders joined forces sunday saying the attackers messed with the wrong neighborhood, and they will be brought to justice. This is unacceptable, and will not be tolerated.
