This morning were getting a look at a man authorities arrested overnight after they say he made threats against Chester Police officers and officers families online. This is david millbourn. Investigators say he confessed this follows a threat made against schools yesterday in chester. Police arrested a 17yearold girl after an online post that officers say threatened to kill black and shoot up schools in the Chester Upland School district.
