It was a happy ending for a little boy and his dog after the 4yearold who went searching for his missing pet on monday fell into a well 18 inches wide and 25 feet deep near brookhaven, mississippi. Gabe was walking in his yard with his mother when he disappeared. Relatives said the childs dog had been missing for about a week. Mom said he was walking across the yard and heard the dog barking. The little boy spent three hours in the well. The child had difficulty attaching the rescue rope to his body. It took a lot of talking and a lot of different rigging and made two loops that went around his arm. Both the boy and the dog were hoisted to safety. Thank goodness no injuries. We shot it on very long lenses because we didnt have any money, had a very short budget but 21 days to shoot this thing. The only way we could do it if i was out on the streets. We couldnt control the streets of new york. I was out for 21 days. Only two people recognized me the whole time and i was in Grand Central station. The first day we shot we frankly didnt know what was going to happen. Its not a place that i would be standing on the corner of, frankly, in new york and just hanging there. But it was a very anxious day for all of us to see if this would work. And i came out to the streets and stood there and i was in character and i looked like the guy and it was amazing to me that just the visual and the physicality of a guy on the street. People projected panhandler on me. And we did a show were shooting digital so we had very long shots about 45 minutes. Nobody recognized me. One of the busiest places in new york. Ive been doing my research on you and i read a quote where you say im sorry. Im really sorry. I really am sorry. You play the piano, for example. I read a quote where you said acmovie star is the least interesting thing about you. Which of course begs the question whats the most interesting thing about you . Well it was fun playing the piano. It was actually i dont know if i should be giving away these things. You better remain silent. Ill remain silent on this issue. Something we did in the movie, it wasnt even script pd b scripted but an idea we had. We were set up. You have to see the movie to see why im talking about it this way. Thats a good tease. Thank you. The good news is right now Officials Say there is no threat to any property. A bar fight spilled out on the street in philadelphia leading to gunfire. Two injuries and charges against three people. Police say the fight started after a woman stole a purse. A man pulled a gun and shot the woman and map. A man is in critical condition, the woman stable. Officers chased down the suspected shooter and arrested him. Police tell us all three will face charges. A fast moving fire in the citys fishtown neighborhood forced nine people including four children out of their homes. The fire broke out around 3 00 this morning on nors ris street. And i play a character who is hes kind of a combination, one of the few characters in the movie whose not an actual guy, a combination of a lot of guys that were head of the Fbi Field Office at the time, and he sort of the voice of reason in a way in terms of the fbi. And this loose canon played by joe edgerton who is taking matters in his own hands and im the guy wait hang on, are you sure this will work. A phenomenal case.
