Randy gyllenhaal is at the scene with the latest. Reporter this accident happened before the rain started falling, it doesnt appear weather was a factor, but it was serious enough to shut southbound lanes of 95. Zoom in, show you a large Passenger Van being taken away by tow trucks. State police tell us the Passenger Van veered off 95 into the woods, at least 15 people were transported to local hospitals. Authorities were working to free the passengers trapped in debris of the crash. Right now, police say there are no fatalities, but some of the 15 passengers suffered serious injuries. All lanes of 95 were closed as crews work to free everybody. Back here live, you can see theyre beginning to open 95 again as they work to clear that van. Police say it is too early to know who the passengers are or where they were going on this Christmas Eve. But we should know more about whether or not 95 southbound just before woodhaven road, that should be open in the next hour or so as Police Continue to clear the crash from the scene.
