Our High Pressure system, this was our weather maker for the past several days. Now we see this cold front sweeping on down. This is why were seeing an increase in those wind speeds and wind gusts and a decline in those temperatures. For today, were seeing unseasonably cool temperatures. Only topping out in the upper 60s. The average high in philadelphia for today, 75 degrees. So, again, locally, look at these scattered showers moving through parts of the Lehigh Valley. So well keep tracking these for you, of course. Police believe it was his father who was the intended target of this shooting. He was shot once in the knee. Last night, it happened around 9 15 on the 3300 block of malta street in kensington. Police say two men rode by on bikes and fired those gunshots wile the father and son were on the porch. Neighbors heard that gunfire and all the commotion that was happening outside. Im scared. Im like, is this somebody i know . You know, because i know a lot of people from malta street. I have neighbors in this block, too. So i was actually scared, too. My neighbor ran inside. As of right now, police are telling us theyre still lacking for these two shooters believed to be in their 20s. A family friend tells nbc 10 that the incident stemmed from a domestic dispute wi dispute with leahs mother over 100. Thats when witnesses saw the suspect drive his car over leah in tux sedo park yesterday. They couldnt believe what they were seeing as leah went running for help. She came running in the house with blood all over her and the baby had a big gash in her forehead and the blood was all over her. Medics rushed leah to the hospital with a skull fracture, cuts, and bruises. Investigators say, at this point, theres no evidence that the suspect ran over the child on purpose. Arraignment is set today for edward moses jr. Of southwest philadelphia. Hes charged with murdering his girlfriend. Hes also the mother of his two children. Crystalin thomas was found shot to death in her home in Delaware County yesterday morning. Darby Police Believe an argument between crystalin and moses led to the shooting.
