Police tell us they have reopened the road 30 minutes ago. The highway was shut down for 16 hours between fredericksburg exit, 75 miles west of philadelphia. Were in the kitchen, supplies and people in here getting ready to prepare some food for the homeless here. Also cooking audiotape lot of water, hot water to try to get people coffee, hot drinks so they can warm up. We just spoke with the director at the shelter. He talked about how a lot of shelters are actually closed on weekends but today is the day they should be open. So they are expecting a full house. Already seats are filled in this shelter but they are accepting people down here. They wanted to get them out of the cold. It is dangerously cool out here. Thats why were inside as well.
