The Commonwealth Court of pennsylvania will listen to an appeal filed by the lower merion School District. The district is trying to overturn a reduction in a 4. 4 increase. That reduction was ordered after a judge ordered that it was deliberately misleading the public. Also, Montgomery County officials will vote an a 11 tax increase.
