Philadelphia police have one man in custody after they say two men ran from this overturned car in kensington. The crash happened on east street, sometime after 4 00 a. M. Police tell us they suspect the man in custody may have been driving understand te ining und. Right now, theyre looking for that second man involved in the accident.
