Medics rushed the victim to the hospital where he is in stable condition. The shooter ran away. Crime scene investigators found bull hes and shell casings scattered across the restaurant. New this morning, north korea is threatening a Nuclear Strike on washington and seoul over annual military drills. South korean and u. S. Troops began largescale military drills today in an annual test of their defenses againstc nor korea. The north called the drills nuclear war moves. The staterun television announced an allout offensive to join the drills. North korea routinely issues threats of military action in response to these annual exercises, but tensions are higher than normal. After recent missile tests by north korea. Happening today, water safety is expected to take center stage at a Town Council Meeting in moorestown, burlington county. Residents were angry thr were not told for a year about bacteria found in their Drinking Water last february. They didnt get a letter notifying them about the bacteria until last week. The township is expected to provide more answers tonight. And new this morning, a collision sends a parked car into the front porch of a house along south 28th street in grays ferry. The Fire Department official on scene tells nbc 10 that another vehicle hit the car and then drove off. Another car, parked car was also hit in this crash. The crash seriously damaged the porch but no one was hurt. Authorities have accused a coatesville man of arranging an Armed Robbery that led to the death of a Lincoln University student. Police have arrested Evander Wilson after they say he drove two students after campus late saturday night there three masked men robbed them. One of the masked men shot Christopher Robinson in the neck. He died at the hospital. Wilson faces homicide, robbery and other charges. This is around girard avenue as you make your way into Center City Philadelphia. Well take a look at your drive times for 95 swell the trouble spot on 76. This drive time as over an hour. We are making serious improvements there. It will take you about 43, 45 minutes to go between the blue route and the vine if youre headed into Center City Philadelphia. 95 southbound headed in that direction. Its only going to take you only, comparatively speaking. 29 minutes, which is slow, average speeds in the 20s right now. The blue route always looking really good, even at this hour when its so busy. Its hard to see people on the street like that but it h p helps them when we give them the bags. Its completely different, when you give it to the person in need. You see where it is going. You see the end point. Her brother also helps out. Anyone really can help. In fact, people of all ages came out yesterday to pack the blessing bags. Pretty neat. Go for them. Erie, pennsylvania, coming in second place with more than 67 inches of snow. But tops overall is a small town of perrysburg, 30 miles south of buffalo. Over 138 inches fell there. Here in our area, allentown recorded more than 20 inches during the blizzard. It was airfarely mild winter for philly besides the blizzard in late january. I like that youre saying its over. But at least we have no accidents on the vine. We did have a major crash on 76 eastbound right in this spot, right after montgomery drive before girard avenue. Typically a really busy stretch of road this time. And this drive time, it was over an hour not long ago. Its down to a half hour between the blue route and the vine street expressway, which is still a little high for this time of morning but not considering we just cleared an accident scene.
