Officer hartnett remains in the hospital, archer is in custody and charged with attempted burden. The tipster says that the three other men still frequent the 6100 block of pine street and police have not commented specifically about this tip but say that the entire department has been made aware. The tipster named two mosques including one on 60th street and another near 45th and walnut. The woman claims that the suspect in the ambush became radical itzed at the second mosque. Following breaking news in philadelphia following a night of whipping winds, a big tree came down in the citys germantown neighborhood pulling down wires. Katy zachry has a look at the damage. Reporter it was a busy few hours for philadelphia firefighters and utility workers in the germantown section of philadelphia, as we zoom in were standing on a property off of church lane and you can see an old tree toppled down on a barn in the rear of the house and destroyed the barn. There were no animals in the barn, im told by neighbors the animals were in another building on this property. When the tree came down im told it brought down utility lines with it. The result of that was a small fire. There was a lot of smoke, there were few flames. They were able to get the fire under control in a short amount of time. One neighbor told me he heard a loud boom and thats the time were told this old dead tree came down on the barn. City workers with the licenses and Inspections Department were out here and spent about an hour and a half investigating what happened. Right now they think the wind is the cause.
